How much is shipping?
We offer FREE WORLDWIDE shipping!
Can I pick up my order?
Currently we are 100% online and we don’t offer a pickup service. However rest assured that we know that you can’t wait to beautify your walls and and our team works very quickly to ensure your order gets to you as quickly as possible.
Do you deliver to P.O. Boxes?
Yes, we can deliver to PO Boxes within Australia for items up to a maximum of 100cm (including packaging). All orders above 100cm will need to be delivered to a physical street address - You give us an address and we’ll figure out how to get it there! We can deliver to your home, work, or even to a friend or relative’s address.
Will I receive a confirmation of my order?
You will receive an email confirmation shortly after you place your order. Please review your order details carefully and please contact us immediately if something is incorrect or if you wish to make changes. You will receive another confirmation once your order has been dispatched which will also contain your tracking details. Please ensure you enter the correct email address at the time you place your order so that we can ensure that all of our updates on your order reaches you.
How long will it be until I receive my order?
We are a print to order business which allows us to ensure that your new wall art piece is brand new and not sitting around in a warehouse gathering dust.
Please allow 10 - 14 days production and processing time.
Shipping time frames are in addition to production time frames and will vary depending on your location.
For standard shipping please allow 7-10 business days once production has been completed. Please also keep in mind that Express shipping DOES NOT mean express order processing and handling.
How can I track my order?
You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your order has been shipped. Your tracking number will be contained in this email. Please be aware that tracking numbers may take up to 24 hours to appear in the online tracking system depending on when your order was scanned.
Do you take international orders?
Yes, absolutely! We offer FREE Worldwide Shipping!
Please remember that some countries do charge extra import taxes or duties and these costs are NOT included in your purchase.
You are responsible for the payment of any additional taxes or duties that may be charged upon arrival in your country. We are not responsible for any additional charges, taxes, or delays as a result of international customs processing.
Are your canvas prints ready to hang?
All of our canvas prints come READY TO HANG! They are printed using the latest HP Latex Colour print technology and are gallery wrapped around a dried kiln timber frame.
Where are your canvas prints made?
We have facilities based in Australia, United States, and New Zealand!
We ship worldwide from these locations.
Do you offer larger sizes?
Customs sizes are available, please get in touch with us and one of our team will be able to assist you with sizing and pricing.
I’ve made a mistake in my order – What can I do?
You can make a change to your order but please be act quickly. All you need to do is simply contact us within 2 hours of ordering and we will make the changes for you. Please be aware that changes cannot be made once you receive your shipping confirmation and production has commenced so please be sure to check over all details at the time of order as carefully as you can.
Do you have a minimum order?
No, we do not have a minimum order. You can purchase as much or as little as you like.
Are online transactions secure?
Yes, we take the security of your personal information very seriously. All payments processed online are done so safely and securely. We implement the latest available encryption technology so that your details are always safe and sound.
How Can I Pay?

What is your return policy?
At Luxe Wall Art we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase.
All items purchased from Luxe Wall Art are very carefully packed with love and care and are thoroughly inspected prior to packing.
However, we understand that sometimes things don’t always go according to plan and we are here to help in every way that we can.
We offer a full 30-day money back guarantee from the date your order was delivered for items that are damaged or have any other significant issue. Alternatively we can send you a replacement.
Simply contact us via our Contact Us page within 48 hours of receiving your items and we’ll let you know exactly what to do.
All return items must be received by us before a refund or exchange can be issued and they must be returned in the original condition and in the original packaging.
Refunds or exchanges will not be given for change of mind so please take care when placing your order.
All sale items and gift cards are final and are exempt from being returned
