All items purchased from Luxe Wall Art are very carefully packed with love and care and are thoroughly inspected prior to packing.  

However, we understand that sometimes things don’t always go according to plan and we are here to help in every way that we can.

We offer a full 30-day money back guarantee from the date your order was delivered for items that are damaged or have any other significant issue.  Alternatively we can arrange to have another reshipped to you.

Simply contact us via our Contact Us page with your order number within 48 hours of receiving your items and we’ll let you know exactly what to do.

All return items must be received by us before a refund or exchange can be issued and they must be returned in the original condition and in the original packaging.

Refunds or exchanges will not be given for change of mind once production has begun so please take care when placing your order.

All sale items and gift cards are final and are exempt from being returned.
